All our products are made in our workshops located at our homes. We are a local business in the town of Biggleswade. We source all of our materials from within the UK to support other UK businesses.

I've received a faulty item, what do I do?

Depending on choice of delivery, will depend if your item can be tracked. All mail is sent through Royal mail second class (unless other choices selected), this should take 2-3 working days from confirmation of dispatch.

All our jewellery is handmade and materials sourced within the UK, are sometimes bought as a limited item. If an item is popular, we do try our best to locate materials to create it again, but that is not always an option.

If you require an earring hook of a specific metal, please contact us to see if we can customise this for you. We are unable to accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
